• Public profile: your name, player rating, match history, and tournament results are visible to other users on the Platform. This is essential for the competitive and community features of the Platform.
• Club administrators: organisers of clubs and tournaments you participate in can see relevant player information such as your name, rating, and registration details.
• Service providers: we use third-party services (Supabase, Razorpay, Vercel, PostHog) to operate the Platform. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

• Your data is stored on servers managed by Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit.
• We implement row-level security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data they are authorised to see.
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
• While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

The Platform is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
